You will probably be shocked to hear this, but I now have a smart phone! I don't know how to use most of its features yet, but I do have one!

Just got asked to dinner tomorrow by the person I actually wanted to ask me to dinner. :D Wasn't expecting that at all; I figured he'd be too busy for the rest of the month pretty much. A front of delighted expectation and some low-laying clouds of nervousness are expected for the next 24 hours.

Well, today is a big day. Due to a ridiculous amount of pressure at the faire, I think I'm gonna sign up for a Facebook page - though there are a lot of caveats. It's gonna be faire-only, so I don't have to worry about most of my privacy concerns, and I plan to set it up with a very sparse profile using my faire name (if you don't know what that is ( Read more... )

Today was a good day! First, I didn't have to get to work early, like I did the last couple days running. So I was better rested than usual. Then, the sun was shining!
